Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 152 platform via 152.run or our official app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use 152's services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 152 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

The 152 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are legally permitted to participate in online betting activities in their respective jurisdictions.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full features of the 152 platform, you are required to register and create a user account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Holding multiple accounts may result in the suspension of all accounts involved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please contact the 152 support team immediately.

152 reserves the right to require identity verification from users at any time to ensure platform security and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 152 platform agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, disruptive, or harmful to other users' experience. This includes but is not limited to:

Using automation software, bots, or unauthorized systems to access or exploit the platform.
Impersonating others, providing false information, or misusing another user's account details.
Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
Taking any action that compromises the integrity, security, or reputation of the 152 platform.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as appropriate legal action.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 152 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made through payment methods supported by 152, including online bank transfers, DuitNow, and approved digital payment methods.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to 152's current policies, which may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the 152 account holder. Withdrawal processing typically takes 24–48 hours depending on the method selected.

152 is not responsible for any additional charges, transaction fees, or rate changes imposed by third-party financial service providers. Users are advised to understand all associated costs before making any transaction.

Any suspicious or unverifiable transactions may be suspended or cancelled by 152 to ensure platform security and compliance with financial regulations.

Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

152 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any action that threatens the security of the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation.
